Homeowners, contractors, and the realtors and families clearing properties in between. Different jobs, same arrangement: Jeff answers, quotes the full number, and shows up.
Most of what Jeff delivers goes on a residential driveway. Garage and attic cleanouts, kitchen and bath demo, the clear-everything-out weekend before a move. The 16-yard covers most volume jobs, and the 12-yard takes the smaller ones plus anything heavy.
Rentals run 1, 3 or 7 days, your choice when you book, and the price is published, all-in, with no sales tax. Call with your address and what you're tossing, and you'll have a size, a total and a delivery day on one call.
Residential Dumpster RentalsGeneral contractors running remodels, roofers, and basement waterproofing crews make up a big share of the work. Jeff handled the dumpster service for the Love's truck stop remodel in Richmond, the new Dunkin' in Connersville, and the new Penn Station in Eaton, and he works with several Richmond contractors on a repeat basis.
The arrangement is simple: you run the job, he runs the dumpster, swapped as it fills. Roof tear-offs and concrete go in the 12-yard under the heavy material rate, with the overage rule stated before the job, not after.
Contractor Dumpster RentalsRealtors turning properties over and families clearing an estate call for the same reason: the schedule matters more than anything. The dumpster needs to be there while people are in town and gone before the house lists.
Jeff has assisted families with several estates around Cambridge City and Richmond. The advice from that work: take the 7-day rental, because sorting a house takes longer than hauling it, and if the house is old enough to have plaster walls, say so when you book.
