Eaton is the Preble County seat, over the Ohio line east of Richmond where US 35 meets US 127, with I-70 north of town. It's the closest sizable market on the Ohio side and an easy run from the yard.
Crossing the state line doesn't change anything about the job. Eaton gets the same work as the Indiana towns, cleanouts and remodels and roofs and contractor jobs, at the same rates.
The job worth mentioning in Eaton is the new Penn Station, where Jeff supplied the dumpster service for the build, and residential work runs through the town alongside it. Customers on the Ohio side ask fairly often whether an Indiana company will actually cross for a job in Preble County. It's a normal run. Jeff covers about forty miles out of Richmond in every direction, and the state line isn't the edge of that.
Eaton sits about 19 miles from the Richmond yard, and US 35, US 127 and I-70 tie it to the rest of the Preble County run. New Paris and Richmond share those trips, so a property that mails to one town and sits nearer another changes nothing about the schedule.

A 12-yard dumpster in Eaton starts at $295 for a day, and the 16-yard at $325. A full week is $375 and $425. Those figures cover delivery, pickup, and the dump fee. Eaton sits about 19 miles from our Richmond yard, with US 127 carrying the truck in on the regular Preble County routes, so there is no separate delivery line to add. Addresses well outside the normal run can carry a mileage charge, and if yours does, Jeff tells you on the call rather than putting it on the invoice.
What can move the total, always named on the call:
Most Eaton dumpsters go on the driveway, and that is the easiest answer on almost any lot in Preble County: the dumpster slides off the back of the truck rather than swinging out sideways, so a straight approach matters more than a wide one.
Tight spot? Text Jeff a photo before delivery day.

Call or text with your Eaton address and what you're clearing. Jeff answers Monday to Saturday, 8 to 5.
In Eaton the 12-yard starts at $295 and the 16-yard at $325, both all-in with no sales tax. Concrete, dirt, shingles and plaster-and-lath go in the 12-yard at the same rate, with 1,000 lbs included and $50 a ton after. Those are the same rates we quote everywhere: Eaton is a Preble County address about 19 miles from our Richmond yard, straight up US 35. If an address out past the normal run ever carries a mileage line, Jeff says so on the call, never on the invoice. No separate delivery charge. Delivery and pickup are both inside the single total you're quoted for Eaton, along with the dump fee. The pricing page lists the only things that can move the price.
Not the way we place them. Dumpsters in Eaton go on your driveway or private property, never the street, whether the house fronts US 35 or a gravel lane, and it is street placement that triggers right-of-way paperwork in most Preble County towns. If a job truly has no off-street option, talk to us before delivery day and we'll figure out the right approach. Our dumpster permit page walks through when one is needed.
Yes, turnovers are some of the most common work we do, in Eaton and across Preble County. The window between tenants is usually short and set by somebody else, so tell Jeff the date you need it gone by when you book and he'll schedule the pickup to it.
Describe the job in pickup-truck loads and Jeff will size it on the phone. That one question sorts out most Eaton orders faster than any chart, and it works the same from town lots to Preble County farms. The size guide covers it too if you'd rather work it out yourself first.
Somewhere flat and solid with room in front for the truck to pull straight up to it, which around Eaton usually means the driveway, same as most of Preble County. Keep the overhead clear of limbs and lines, and if the surface or the approach worries you, describe it when you call and Jeff will talk it through with you.
Yes. We run New Paris, and Richmond on the same schedule, and everything between them along US 127. Rural addresses are normal for us, so tell Jeff where it actually is rather than which town it mails to.
The full county. Eaton is one stop on routes that also carry New Paris, and the Preble County page has the full roster. The quote works the same at every one of those addresses.
The Richmond yard, on South H Street. Eaton sits on US 35 in Preble County, about 19 miles from it. Jeff runs one yard and covers roughly 40 miles from Richmond in every direction, so the address is what sets the route, not the county or the state line.
Driveway, jobsite, or lot. Whether you are on US 35, US 127 and I-70 or down an unmarked Preble County road, give Jeff the address and he will place it.
