The 12-yard is $295 for a day, $325 for three days, $375 for a week. The 16-yard is $325, $375 and $425. Delivery, pickup and the dump fee are all in those numbers, and there's no sales tax on a service in Indiana. The pricing page lays it all out.
Often fast. A few days ahead is safe, and spring weekends book tightest. If you need one right away, call (765) 238-1393 and ask about same day delivery, and Jeff will tell you what the schedule can do.
Two: the 12-yard and the 16-yard. Both are 12 feet long and 6 feet wide, so the difference is wall height, 43 inches against 61. The size guide matches projects to sizes in about a minute.
No. Delivery, pickup and the dump fee are in the price, there's no sales tax, and normal debris carries no weight charge at all. The one exception is heavy material, and Jeff tells you about it before you book, not on the invoice.
Those four are accepted, with their own rule: they go in the 12-yard only, with 1,000 lbs included and $50 a ton past that, weighed on the scale ticket. Everything else is a flat rate. The heavy material page explains why.
Five things: appliances with freon, TVs, propane tanks, tires, and large pails of paint or other liquids. Pretty much everything else is fair game, including mattresses, furniture, and appliances without freon. Full lists on the what-goes-in page.
Jeff. He owns the company and drives the truck, and if he's on the other line he calls you right back. His reviews mention that more than anything else: you get a person, not a menu.
Yes. The yard is in Richmond, right on the state line, and Eaton and New Paris in Preble County are normal runs. Jeff covers about 40 miles out of Richmond in every direction, and the line isn't the edge of it. Same rates both sides.
No. Describe or mark the spot when you order and Jeff sets the dumpster there. Same on pickup day: have it reachable and loaded level with the walls.
Probably, and it's worth a call to find out. Jeff's reviews tell the story better than a claim would: a long wooded driveway, a curvy uphill approach backed in reverse, a spot that "fit like a glove". Describe the approach on the phone and he'll give you a straight answer.
Call before the days run out and Jeff will work out the extension with you. He's given people extra time when weather got in the way, but it starts with a phone call.
Yes, and they're a big share of the work: general contractors, roofers, and basement waterproofing crews, some on a repeat basis. Swaps run on the contractor's schedule. The contractor page covers it.
No. J's is dumpster rental only: Jeff brings the dumpster, you load it, he hauls it. If you need a crew to do the loading, that's a different service and a different company.
About 40 miles out of Richmond in every direction: Wayne, Randolph, Fayette and Union County in Indiana, plus Preble County, Ohio. The service area page lists every town.
