"Best price around. He was very helpful and didnt try to upsale. On time for delivery and pickup."
No "call for pricing" here. The full list is on this page: pick 1, 3 or 7 days, and delivery, pickup and the dump fee are already included. Normal loads carry no weight charge at all.
For ordinary household and remodeling debris, there is no weight charge. The one exception is heavy material.
The only thing that can change the price is heavy material, and Jeff explains that rule before you book.
These go in the 12-yard dumpster only, at the same rental price of $295, $325 or $375. The first 1,000 pounds is included, and anything past that is $50 a ton off the scale ticket. The roof tear-off below shows how that works on a job.
Jeff will go over the heavy-material rule with you before you book. There shouldn't be a surprise when the dumpster gets picked up.
12-yard · 3 days. Furniture, boxes, old belongings and general household junk, all of it normal debris, so there's no weight charge.
Total: $325
16-yard · 7 days. A larger cleanout where you want a full week and enough room to avoid needing another dumpster.
Total: $425
12-yard · 3 days. Suppose the shingles weigh 2,400 pounds. 1,000 pounds is included, the 1,400 over is 0.7 tons, and 0.7 × $50 is $35.
Total: $325 + $35 = $360
You're cleaning out one room, a garage or doing a smaller weekend project. It's also the required size for concrete, dirt, shingles and plaster-and-lath. The lower walls are easier to load by hand, too.
You're cleaning out an entire house, gutting a kitchen, cleaning out a barn or dealing with a larger amount of lighter debris. It costs only $30 more for one day, $50 more for three days, or $50 more for seven days. If you're right on the edge between sizes, spending a little more on the 16-yard can be cheaper than needing a second delivery.
Choose 1, 3 or 7 days.
Normal debris is a flat rate. Heavy material is priced by weight after the first 1,000 pounds.
The 16-yard costs a little more because it gives you more room.
That's it. The prices are published because Jeff would rather you know what you're paying before you call.

"On time delivery and affordable pricing. Would definitely use J’s Dumpster in the future."
A 12-yard dumpster costs $295 for one day, $325 for three days or $375 for seven days. A 16-yard costs $325 for one day, $375 for three days or $425 for seven days. Delivery, pickup and the dump fee are included.
Not for a normal load. There is no fuel surcharge, environmental fee, separate delivery fee or weight charge for ordinary household and remodeling debris. Heavy material is the exception and is explained before you book.
No. The dump fee is already included in the rental price.
There is no sales tax on the dumpster rental service.
Concrete, dirt, shingles and plaster-and-lath go in the 12-yard dumpster. The first 1,000 pounds is included. After that, it's $50 per ton based on the scale ticket.
It's actually the same 12-yard dumpster. The rental, delivery and pickup are the same. The difference is that heavy material can cost more to dispose of, so that additional cost is based on the actual weight rather than being built into every customer's price.
For normal loads, yes. The price shown includes the dumpster, delivery, pickup, dump fee and rental period. If you're disposing of heavy material, Jeff will explain the weight charge before you book.
